Jotina Trujillo
Yoga Instructor

Jotina, Yoga InstructorJotina's roots are in personal training, but she longed for something "more". She first came to yoga 11 years ago.  The yoga that invited her was the widely popular Bikram style.  She spent two and a half months in New York City to study  Anusara, Iyengar, Jivimukti, Ashtanga, and power yoga styles with a variety of teachers.  She was lead once again back to Phoenix and Anusara teacher training.   Her training in Anusara and her experience with many yoga styles lends to a knowledgeable and expanded experience. She has a strong understanding of anatomy & movement.  Jotina's focus on alignment through vinyasa, balance, strength and flexibility bring a deeper awareness.  She believes the meditation of yoga opens the chakras, mind, body and spirit. Jotina teaches weekly classes from beginner to all levels at our wellness center.

And chiropractic care can help.
