Your Second Visit to Our Peoria Practice

Report of Findings

Once all testing is completed, the doctor reviews and studies all results over the course of a day or two. You will then be invited back to sit down with us to receive your report of findings and recommended care plan and financial obligations. This very important appointment allows you time with the doctor and staff to ask questions and gain an understanding of what to expect. Your health is your most important asset and it affects those close to you. This is why we suggest you bring your significant other or close relative/friend with you to this session. Please allow 15-20 minutes for this visit.

This two visit approach accomplishes several things:

• reduces the length of your first visit
• give us time to review all the info and correlate your findings in order to give you the best recommendations.
• avoids overloading you with too much information.

Should you choose to start your road to wellness with us, we may begin right away or soon afterwards. At the start of your care you will receive your welcome kit containing valuable information and resources to assist you in getting the most out of your experience with us. It's our way of saying "Welcome to our family!"

Your learning experience with us is ongoing. All new patients and guests are invited to a complimentary "Wellness Workshop", held regularly in our office. This helps reinforce and expand your knowledge of how your body works and the benefits of wellness care. You will be kept up to date of our monthly schedule.
